Pug Envy: Waiting List Agreement

 

_________________________________________ is herein referred to as “Buyer and/or purchaser” and Pug Envy Pug is herein referred to as “Breeder and/or Seller.”

Our waiting list is for serious buyers only. A non-refundable deposit of $800 gets you on the list however, space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis for pet owners. Being on the waiting list ensures you’re getting the right color, and gender that you’re looking for. You may adopt that puppy, or wait for the next litter if you choose.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy. Your color preference below is a preference, not a guarantee. Placing a deposit and signing this agreement is a contract to purchase a pug, regardless of coloring. 

Delays: Dog breeding is a biological process and inherently unpredictable. Failed Breeding, Still Births, Unexpected Deaths are all part of the process. The buyer understands that it is highly likely that unexpected delays of months or years may occur. In the event of delays of any length, please note that the deposits are still non-refundable.

Contract Cancellations: Once you make a deposit for the wait list, you may exit the waitlist at any time, but you will not be refunded for any reason.

The deposit listed above is to be placed on the breeder’s waiting list. This deposit is not refundable; however, buyer may request to be removed from the waiting list knowing a refund will not be provided. Under any circumstance refunds will not be provided, this includes, but is not limited to: the closing of this breeding business, any dam’s or sire’s retirement or death, and the death of the
buyer.

The breeder will do their best to fulfill the buyer’s request for a puppy; however, the buyer understands the breeder has no control over how many puppies will be in the litter and/or how many of each gender and/or color will be whelped.

Breeder will give buyer notice when puppies are born and will advise the buyer’s of the projected pick up dates for the puppies. Projected dates can change at breeder’s will.

Once puppies have been born and if it’s the buyer’s turn to pick a puppy (based on waiting list number), then buyer must decide within two weeks to pick a puppy of the current litter or pass/wait until the next litter. If in the litter the buyer does not find the puppy he/she is looking for, this does not result in a refund. Balance must be paid at puppies seven (7) weeks of age and puppies will be “picked up” at eight (8) weeks of age.

Litter Colors And Gender Are Not Guaranteed

In the event that a born litter does not have the gender or color selection that you prefer, your waiting list position will guarantee you a puppy, of your choice, from the available litter.

Should you pass on this litter, your waiting list number will elevate to the following litter(s). No refund will be given. It is understood that you may have to wait months or years for your desired combination to appear.
